Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Membership: Notices must be received two business days* before the beginning of the month.  Notices are only accepted via email at mpowergymllc@gmail.com. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or voicemail, you must communicate directly with MPower management through email. 

*Business days are Monday-Friday. Though we offer 24-hour use of our equipment, we do not have front desk staff 24hrs.
